b. Select the order containing the item you wish to return and follow the instructions to generate a return request.
c. After your return request is approved, you will receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions on how to return the item.
d. Please make sure to package the item securely and include the RMA number on the package.

3. Return Shipping

a. The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong item shipped or a defective product).
b. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure your return is received.

4. Refund Process

a. Once we receive your returned item and inspect it for compliance with our policy, we will process your refund within. 3 business days.
b. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

5. Exchanges

a. Currently, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return the original item and place a new order.
